Bringing Ibiza’s sun-soaked spirit to every stage, We Love Sax is an electrifying live act blending world-class DJ sets with dynamic live saxophone performances to create an atmosphere of pure energy and excitement. Founded by former Privilege Ibiza resident DJ Micky Roddy and acclaimed saxophonist Paul Cutliffe, the act captures the essence of Balearic beats, cool party vibes, and high-end entertainment. They are joined by the charismatic Tom Evans on sax—renowned for his show-stopping presence and infectious energy—alongside a collective of elite musicians including Stephen Hamilton on percussion, with additional performances from Dave, Steve, Michael (sax), Pete (DJ), and Gerry (percussion). Operating primarily as a DJ and sax duo, We Love Sax can scale up for larger events, delivering up to two hours of high-energy dance anthems and crowd-pleasing classics that keep dance floors packed and audiences engaged. The group holds weekly residencies at Benedicts in Belfast—home to Northern Ireland’s biggest brunch—and at Embankment, Ebrington Square, while also performing at major festivals and headline events including the Derry Jazz Festival and Derry Halloween in Guildhall Square.
